ARTICLE 10- CFP LEADERSHIP

10.1 There shall be a Leader of CFP who shall, subject to this Constitution, be responsible for the overall direction of the party, including the appointment of an Election Campaign Committee prior to each federal general election.

10.2 The Leader is responsible for the organization and administration of the Parliamentary Caucus.

10.3 The Leader, together with Caucus, will endeavor to promote and implement the Principles and Policies of the CFP.

10.4 The Leader shall set the strategic direction for the party, in consultation with the National Executive Council and Caucus.

10.5 The Leader will carry out these duties in accordance with this Constitution.
